Registrations and Tuitions 2014

To successfully perform your registration and tuition, you should consider the following steps. Please follow them carefully.

  1. Check the programs offer and identify which is of your interest. Also be aware about the dates of registration and tuition according to the current calendar.
  2. Familiarize yourself with the study methodology and educational credits system, as you can choose according to yourneeds and possibilities, the virtual or traditional mode, or both.
  3. Check costs and admission requirements.
  4. Consider funding and alternatives and institutional agreements discounts offered by UNAD.
  5. Sign up through virtual form (follow the instructions outlined below)

 As soon as you have referred to the above aspects, it is the time to carry out the registration.

 

Registration Form

 

1. If you are applying for any benefit discount on tuition or student loans, through some interinstitutional agreement, or will present a valid voting certificate, you must carry the respective supporting documents to the registration and control office of the educational  center. If the documentation is complete, you will be enrolled as a beneficiary and then you can complete the registration form.

If you do not ask for any discount or benefit education credit, you must go directly to the registration form.

2. To register to the programs offered by UNAD, you must complete the registration form. In it is required to relate basic information, ICFES SNP code, program and CEAD elected, among others. 

3.   By completing the form, you may print the form with the selected courses (for any modifications use the back button). If the course registration is successful, you will proceed with the liquidation of your tuition. To do this:

       a. Select your courses mediation Virtual Campus (CV) or Traditional System (ST).

       b. Press Generate Payment Receipt button.

 

The payment of your tuition may be made in two ways:

  • Print the payment receipt and approach the corresponding offices.
  • Using the electronic payment which is also on the receipt (enabled payments for checking or savings accounts) which will take you to your online banking.

4.  After the payment, you must generate the tuition certificate after 48 business hours. You can do it through UNAD Web Site at registration and control link. There, you will confirm the payment and generate your tuition certificate, depending on whether it is new or former student. Likewise, the corresponding academic period will be related.

5.  Subsequently, you must fulfill the documents to legalize your tuition at the corresponding Academic Center. Once you do this diligence, the registration and control office will be assigned to you a username and password to access the virtual campus.

6.  Finally, you must go to the academic counseling of your educational center to register for an induction of about 3 hours. In this session you will be taught about the use of the platform.
